We re really happy with Pleo it s made managing our expenses so much easier A big thanks to our Account Manager Nikol Notlev who s always quick to respond and helps us get the most out of the new features She also checks in with us regularly which is super helpful Her support has been fantastic

Resolution of fraudulent transactions

Pleo were speedy at resolving some fraudulent transactions on my account The process for raising my claim was clear and I was kept in the loop with the process at all times

Excellent Customer Service

Thank you to James for his help today it was so much better to talk to a person rather than trying to navigate the online chat which took far too long He sorted my issue out even though it meant me getting to a ATM he gave me a time he would call and called at that time on the dot Card is working again now Excellent service

Quck and helpful support Apart from loving Pleo for its user friendliness - especially towards our end users our employees it also has good support When the bot could not help it quickly transferred over to actual support with Constance on the line we managed to figure out what i was missing in less than 5 minutes Highly recommend
