I had my doubts about trying Plowz Mowz but I could not find anyone locally to cut the grass at the home we moved out of while it was being listed for sale The app was easy to use and response for my request was almost instantaneous The app always asks how the job looks after it was done which is provided by a picture from the person who completed it One week I didn t receive a picture and I rated it 3 stars I immediately received a phone call to see what kind of issue I had that warranted the rating I had an uploaded picture of the completed job within 10 minutes This company sincerely wants you to have a good experience and good service
