What s up with this company paid them on the the 10th December today I received demand for payment I wrote to them saying payment would be made on the 10th which it was Wish I never got involved with them You wouldn t believe it today they rang and offered me a cancellation if I paid them a cancellation fee of 136 reduced to about 78 as I had problems with them If I failed to pay they would pass it to debt collectors Is this how British companies now treat their customers I don t understand but they have refunded me may be they don t need my business I can only hope

Plus heat is a SCAM - They are not insurance 1 Made a claim after 16 months of being with them the job was not covered under my plan and the engineer sent Plus Heat a bill of over 300 which I did not pay I decided I wanted to cancel my plan after sorting the issue cheaper with a 3rd party However I chose to stay with Plusheat after speaking with a lovely sales rep who talked me into upgrading my policy Biggest mistake 2 13 months have passed I now need to make a claim and I ve been told that my excess is 99 this was never mentioned to me at the time the sales rep upgraded me had I known my excess would have been this much I would not have upgraded 3 I have asked to cancel my policy as I can never seem to get support when I need it and now with this huge excess I feel like I m being ripped off However I have been told I need to pay over 150 to end this policy I am currently writing a complaint as I want out of this contract and I will not be paying 150 to do so

I requested the policy to be cancelled in end of May 2023 I spoke to David The policy wasn t cancelled I had no idea they were still taking money from my account in fact they doubled the price this year without my consent They sent Renewal email to the wrong email address when I requested for them to cancel again they asking for cancellation fee I wanted to cancel because they didn t repair my boiler stating they found insects inside the boiler but when I called local plumber he fixed it without any issues

SCAM Plusheat IS MAINTENANCE COMPANY NOT AN INSURANCE COVER That was how they fobbed me off when I put in a claim knowing fully well my premium was fully paid They outrightly REFUSED to carry out repair or replacement of boiler or parts but instead try to sell me a new boiler I was with them for 2 years First year they didn t carry out annual service Second year claim was put in and they refused to repair or replace parts instead sent back the premium that was paid without any explanation they said it was NOT financially in their interest and closed the case leaving me confused SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT take out any cover with them

Avoid using this company my sister s boiler broke down over the Christmas holidays an appointment was made on the day of appointment they made me wait all day then decides to cancel appointment due to one of the engineers called in sick

Take to long to repair my boiler engineer came didn t even open the boiler took a guess saying it need the electroids but it wasn t that Iv got kids including a 2 year old in house so can t wait nearly 2 weeks to repair the boiler

I took out boiler cover insurance with this bunch of amateurs who promised me a like for like replacement no mention of a call out charge was stated Low behold as soon as you need them they force you to upgrade your plan

My boiler didn t repaired because of the age of my boiler and I never been told at the time of buy this policy i have paid 90 excess for this job and still denied to repair my boiler and there was no hot water and heating in my house for one week and I got my new boiler replaced from third party company named Boxt solve my problem in two days at 0 intrest installments with ten year boiler warranty Plusheat disappointed me

I had a boiler service as part of my plusheat boiler maintenance contract This was carried out in June 2023 However the certificate of boiler service was not sent Despite hundreds of calls for getting this sent over They simply could not get it sent to me The job number for this service is 15277 Dont think they have control over their sub contractors

Absolutely dreadful customer service and engineers My combo boiler broke so no hot water or heating in December Januuary After 27 hours the reply I got was they claimed the cost of the replacement part exceeded 180 VAT and refused to fix my boiler citing Economic Disrepair I had to chase and chase and chase to know what was going on and I am recovering from PROSTATE CANCER treatment but that made no difference Do not waste your money-useless and always trying to get out of paying up I am now with British Gas whose customer service operators and engineers are a world of improvement on the Plus Heat COWBOYS
