Stress free amazing customer service
First of all a HUGE thank you to both Ethan and Ellie for their fantastic customer service my experience from start to finish has been impeccable We took a car on finance and I was not the easiest person with making a decision on the exact car I wanted but Ethan and the Director of PMD both ensured I ended up with the right car for myself steering me away from an un-reputable dealer who seemed reputable on the surface but with them doing some further digging for me - it did not seem a wise choice to buy a car from them The whole experience was smooth-sailing and stress free Ethan was very attentive and answered all questions I had with ease and if he was busy there was always Ellie to speak with who was also a huge huge help I cannot recommend this company enough in sourcing finance and their customer service skills are unmatched Once again thank you all very much and Ethan and Ellie are a credit to the company
