I ordered 2 Jussi saunas as I wanted a resting changing area and a sauna originally I was going to buy a Kivi sauna but due to planning and building regs I would have had difficulties getting it built The customer service and support from Polhus was excellent and I hope to complete the sauna and electrics in 2 to 3 weeks time so at that point I will have my sauna up and running I did have a couple of issues which were sorted very quickly by Polhus Also the free delivery via Felixstowe and Wales to Scotland was great I did get a builder in to put up the two cabins since I was already using him to put in the ground screws as foundations One day for the foundations and 2 days to get the cabins up and watertight This has worked really well as our back garden is on 2 levels and the front of the house is about 8 metres below the back garden It was great that we got support from Polhus when the builder had a couple of questions I have spent so far 5 days building and painting the two cabins over 3 months I expect to complete the cabins once I have built the seating in the sauna and connected the cabins with the electicity supply I will be able to do this in 2 to 3 days over the next 2 to 3 weeks with the help of an electrician So although the cabins so far have only taken 5 days due to other issues electricity supply cable pre planning garden drainage garden design the elapsed time has been 3 months and will be done in 3 weeks The cabins are really solid and watertight The cabins have already been through some bad stormy cold and rainy weather with no problems so far If you do order and build a cabin you may want to plan and implement the infrastructure drainage and electricity before building the cabins The Polhus experience has been great however you may want to get help with planning the rest which could have a few or many dependencies In Summary- Polhus customer service and support were excellent - Sort out any external issues or at least plan for them e g electricity supply garden design planning etc - The Polhus cabins are really solid -There were a couple of pieces of wood missing for the roof and insulation pack for the sauna both these were sorted out quickly and the insulation pack arrived beginning of February and I was generously compensated for the two missing pieces of wood which my builder sourced
