Waited and waited but arrived

I know it s a terrible time to post international mail but the time was way too long 8plus weeks I started to read reviews and started to believe I was scammed but the next day my items turned up Exactly as I ordered absolutely no complaints there Just took way too long otherwise 4stars

Web based global retail is not going to be easy at the moment

I really liked the website cool clothes and good prices then I placed an order and waited for a shipping No unfortunately it didn t materialise Then I googled reviews and my heart sank lots of bad press and accusations of scamming but I persisted with email exchanges and eventually obtained a refund These are difficult times and their kit is coming from China so I guess it was never going to be easy I will try again when the world has calmed down

I ordered about a month ago and finally received my order Although it is a nice jacket I received I also ordered a shirt that was out of stock even though the site had it I did receive a refund for the shirt I was not able to apply my first time buyer discount to my order and there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone live which just creates anxiety because the number that s given always says high call volume I waited forever for tracking information when most companies give you estimated arrival date tracking and all that upfront I am satisfied with the quality of the jacket so I scored 3 stars out of 5 because of that

Unreliable but ok

I ordered the Navy Blazer which isn t what i expected but still good quality it took 17 days to come not business days and the whole time the tracking thing as never activated even though i was sent the link to itI d say this was quite an unreliable company although my order arrived a lot earlier than some negative reviews i ve seen and it fits So 3 stars

i tried calling and talking to someone a live person I left a message upon buying order number 216669 wanted to make sure the order is khaki with the dark brown faux fur the website has to colors of brown the customer review is what attracted myself to want to do business People love talking to someone representing a company

I give a 3 instead of a 1 because I have done business with Polomano before and was satisfied at the end of the experience I would have given a 1 because I have not received the product ordered and have had no updates or communication from Polomano since the initial auto response that my order was received and is in process I find it extremely irritating when a vendor seller starts asking for a review before the transaction has been satisfactorily completed as in product delivered as shown in a timely manner
