Based on my personal experience if you value your time and money stay away from Ponko used cars The salesperson acted as if he was doing us a favor and his attitude was ridiculous Maybe he was in a bad mood but as customers we are paying for their service The car was faulty and we reported it the same day There was no response they asked me to share details of a local garage but nothing came of it I ended up rejecting the car and they took it for servicing However they took a month just to make that decision They never answer calls never call back and demonstrate irresponsible customer service especially from customer service They seem very nice until you pay the deposit but after that their attitude changes completely After more than a month they returned my car with the same faults it s still burning oil I rejected the car again but they denied my claim I found the faults within hours after bought the car its been months and months no solution Really irresponsible customer service Whenever we called they will answer ask for our details for calling us back and they never we have to share our story to the reception staff every single time and they never call backEither the mails replies are also not helpful I hope the owner reads these reviews I also wish the owner of Ponko should send their staff to other dealerships to observe and learn how to serve customers and communicate with them effectively I have given them more enough time to resolve my issue and I am now pursuing legal action I do not recommend Ponko used cars

AVOID THEMwouldn t recommend them if you don t know much about cars bought a BMW 2017 1 series and a 1 year that i paid for end of march 2024 then found some issues with the car speaker brakes and body work took me a while to get an appointment to their after sales team and when i went they identefied the problems and refused to recognise the body work telling me that i bought the car this way it means i agreed to its state like this was told by chris then asked me to come another day and leave the car so they can fix the issues been trying to contact them for another 6 or 7 weeks to get an appointment and they were igonring my calls and emails then finally got an appointment left my car for the day then got a phone call that they can t find any problem with the car had to leave my work again and go help them to identify the problems already identified and recoginsed before then asked me to come another day so they can fix ittheir after sales team are very unprofessional and rude lack of comunication and lies

I would give zero stars if I could Horrible dealership Transmission blew 32 days after the car was sold to me and now it s costing 4000 pounds to fix The horrific warranty they sold me only pays for 1000 pounds and the company won t help at all AVOID AT ALL COSTS I guess the UK allows this crap to happen to consumers

Wouldn t recommend Drove an hour to see a car Kept me waiting much longer than necessary it really doesn t take that long to value a car and offered me an insulting part exchange price Used scare tactics you shouldn t drive it s unsafe for faults which a trained mechanic said weren t even that serious On top of that a seriously ridiculous laughable discount for a scuffed bumper other scratches Never dealt with a car dealer like this Jacob had no interest in my business Actually felt like me my dad weren t their type of customer Even if the price was right I wouldn t buy from here Waste of time

I am an Occupational Therapist in Wiltshire Worst customer service I have ever had I had an issue on the way home and following no one was available or could answer the phone They then palmed me off to a different company re warranty and left me to it I would never go there again and only went all the way there because of totally inaccurate false advertising of them being so trusted As this implies I also never leave reviews- I simply do not wish my experience on anyone else

First contact had no response via website first visit to the site we were told the car was available for viewing then after waiting for time told it wasn t Second visit to the site again told the car was available for viewing and that they had contacted us to say that No contact at all and the car wasn t actually ready for viewing at all and was being partly dissasembled 3rd time hopefully lucky told car was good to go Car was dirty not prepped and the test drive lasted about 5 mins sales personnel were serving 2 customers at a time with not much interest Promised a valet as compensation after we did purchase the car however on trying to book it they will only do midday during the week as convenience to them As we both work this isn t going to happen Still waiting for the V5 so let s see how that goes The car itself is a good car but the service and professionalism is severely lacking

What a total disappointed The car was a bag of troubles from the start I will never use this company they have changed their name numerous times to fly under the radar of all the bad reviews They are total crooks

Would strongly advise no one to use this company They are selling cars with work needed Recently purchased a car upon inspecting it 2 weeks later it comes around that it is overdue a cambelt and they had been advised by the service company that it needed doing They completely refuse to help They just take your money and run Trading standards are aware of this company and are investigating them

Shame I could not write a review with a zero star Please avoid if do not want to have troubles with your car I was advised to get a warranty with the car that I did The first point of the warranty book saying If a fault develops please stop stop driving the vehicle as you may cause further damage and this may invalidate any claim Bear in mind I am a full time employee and I have to commute every day and unfortunately do not have a replacement car waiting in my garage I have to drive the car I bought with multiple malfunctions and even the sign Engine Fault Repair needed for over three months Their warranty is a joke and communication is very poor I have no any other choice as only to apply to the Trading Standards

Agreed to purchase vehicle 9 days before collection appointment time to collect vehicle 10 30 car not ready 30mins later work that was agreed to be done wasn t scratches and marks on the body work car wasn t valeted wasn t even cleaned properly left and went back 2hrs later work on body carried out apart from small dent no body work staff available seats not valeted the worst car dealer company I have ever dealt with would never advise anyone to use them
