Went to Ponko yesterday with an odd

Went to Ponko yesterday with an odd request needed to find out a measurement from a car they had in stock Made it clear i wasn t buying A smart and pleasant young man spent time finding the vehicle in question with his tape measure in hand he found it amongst the vast collection of different cars and gave me the dimensions He went over and above to help me My impression of the company was good reception area clean and tidy and when you drive past you don t realise how big the stock is For anyone looking for a used car its definitely worth a look Didn t get the mans name but once again i thank you

Helpful and informative

Everyone at Ponko was exceptionally helpful in getting my car fixed especially Steve who helpfully explained to me what the problem was and how it had been fixed

Great Teamwork

I ve now been in my wonderful Stinger bought from Reed Autos for couple of weeks the best car ive had coupled with great customer service is making me feel like this was the best business ive done this year You get to know a company once there is an issue not when all goes smoothly my car was not able to collected as i desired and was made to wait Upon collection Sonny and his team were professional courteous throughout and able to handle smoothly any issues leaving me a happy customer Many Thanks guys

Excellent from start to finish

Having to return a mobility vehicle due to my husband passing away I was put in the daunting position of finding a car I found what I liked with Reed Autos they being in Cambridge and myself in Lincoln no problem for Reed all the departments got together and within days I was all done and dusted Delivery at the end of the week I cant thank them enough for the efficient and professional way they all went about things plus the kindness and understanding at the loss of my husband Thank you Reed Autos for a great job done

New name but still the great service

After coming to Reed Autos for the last 12 years I was a bit sceptical about coming now that they were Ponka I had nothing to worry about Customer service is still at the forefront of their business From first enquiry to actually getting the job done Adam Glen and Chris have been amazing Their customer service is second to none There have been a few changes since I was last at the garage and the service department is now in a nice new building it does need finishing though as no coffee machine or fancy artwork but the service that you get is still excellent Nothing is too much for them I would highly recommend Ponko to anyone

Simple and Efficient online buying

Asif couldn t have been more helpful from start to finish everything was laid out plainly no surprises or unexpected extras even a video tour of the car to give it the once over The car was delivered on a low loader and the delivery was great I was kept updated on ETA and everything was generally hassle free and simple A great buying experience that would encourage me to buy online again

I enjoyed my experience with Ponko Haydn dealt with me during my stay he was a decent person friendly very helpful as you d expect from someone trying to make a sale and professional Got beverages and seating are readily available in the foyer including a well maintained W C I was at Ponko for just under 2 hours which I think was rather swift considering the amount of paperwork involved including a look at the car and a test-drive The car itself was as described in fantastic condition and only some very minor paint chips They were open to negotiation not for the price of the car they were selling for the value of my part-ex and any extras they were selling which helped me reduce the total cost to a more affordable option Thankyou to Haydn and the Ponko team
