Dishonest sales technique
Had left a really positive review after buying our new car Sadly had to delete this They reluctantly agreed a valuation of 200 on our car in part exchange Said it was only worth it s scrap value Next day they advertised it for 2 449 Felt they had been dishonest and we were soured by this experience

Sales team were pretty terrible
Sales team were pretty terrible just so unreliable and slow and didn t give a true representation of the car But delivery driver Jono was great and absolute star Erica saved the day so both get 5 stars sales team get -1 Erica was an absolute gem she put in a lot of time and effort to make things right She surely deserves more awards and the Sales team need to do a better job to stop making her life hard

Such a shame
Would have given more stars if it wasn t for a couple of things Happy with the car I purchased Unfortunately I have to warn people to throughly check the contract I found alot of hidden costs that wasn t asked if I wanted those services All in all the total hidden costs accrued to almost 1000 in extras that wasn t explained if I wanted them or not Then when I go and pick it up I was just expecting to pay the final amount but ended up paying more because once again they serviced the car without actually asking me if I wanted that service first
