We had a very good experience yesterday buying a car for my disabled husband Matt was helpful and patient with clear explanations The downside is that the car was delivered with no fuel in it - not even enough to risk driving 3 miles to the nearest garage and there was no handbook Hopefully this will be sent on to me

Polite and friendly dealership who met our needs It would have been 5 stars except that there had been a mix up with our appointment and our car was not ready for us and we had to come back another day We dealt with Jake and Carmela Carmela did very well considering she had only just started there and both were easy to deal with not being pushy or trying to sell us add ons Altogether a good experience and we re very pleased with our car Thank you

Apart from the fact that I feel under pressure to leave a review before the experience is over Reed Autos Ross handled the sale was most helpful in making the process straightforward I have not driven the car enough yet to see if it has any foibles that need addressing that is where the mettle of a used car dealership really shows itself Hopefully I wont need to test it So far very good

The purchase of our Golf was on the whole good Getting a response from the team was at times very slow and one of the staff ubrupt attitude somewhat disappointing The car was as described and the delivery driver very pleasant but his process was hamperd buy a delay from management in sorting his sign off on handover

Experience of purchasing could have been so much better if the young salesman had been better trained We had to seek answers to our questions and the advice wasn t always correct and sometimes misleading Otherwise the car purchased seems to be good and just what we were after Minor items we spotted were dealt with quickly and efficiently

Haydn was very helpful durring the purachsing process However when I took it for a test drive the tyre low pressure alarm was illuminated not a concern as presumed their garage would give it a once over before I collected it Collected the vehicle alarm had been cleared but 100mtrs down the road it came on again Had to go to a garage to pump all the tyres up
