Very impressed with PONKO recommended to us and what a recommendation it was Was greeted by Salesman Matt when we arrived who took us into the car pound and allowed us to wander around and he came back out 15 20 mins later to see how we were doing My daughter who had just passed her driving test came across a beautiful blue Vauxhall Adam which she eventually bought Matt was INCREDIBLE so helpful and informative and an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to PONKO

I am very happy with my recent experience of buying my first van a Citroen Berlingo from Ponko The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and quickly from initial query to test-drive to final purchase Haydn kept me well-informed at every stage and was friendly helpful and efficient and also very patient with me as I asked lots of questions I would recommend Ponko to friends and family

Extremely Easy would buy from Ponko again

Matt made the whole process of buying my car extremely easy i could not recommend him enough Made an enquiry on Thursday night and the car was delivered on Wednesday He sent me a Video tour of the car on Whatsapp and answered all questions i had quickly This is the first time i had bought a car from a dealership and thought it would be a long painful process but it was anything but that The delivery driver was also very helpful and friendly

The after-sales team were absolutely brilliant - I called with an issue on the Friday I purchased the car they booked an appointment and the issue was rectified whilst I waited onsite Great communication from Steve always kept me informed on the progress of the vehicle - very happy

After purchasing a new car I have had 2 problems with it witch was pretty scary but the team at ponko have repaired quickly with no arguments and Evan done the extra by a DSG service as I was worried about it with no charge well chuffed will come back agin and carnt recommend enough

Ponko fixed our Piccanto at very short notice in double quick time just in time for my daughter to take her driving test today She passed Fantastic service thanks guys

Very professional service

Very professional service They always answered any questions very clearly and did a full vehicle check and preparation before selling any car The small deposit to reserve gives you peace of mind and you can always get a refund if you re not happy with the car I took out the 6 month warranty as the car didn t have any service history I have run the car 1 000 miles so far with no problems Would definitely use them again but hopefully won t need to for a few years if my car lasts
