I really appreciated the team s efficient and attentive approach when my car had a problem with its AdBlue system The issue was resolved quickly and I was kept well informed throughout the process The team also identified another potential issue with wear on the clutch during their work and kindly took extra time to provide me with advice and guidance about how to minimise this I ve also previously had my car serviced with Ponko It was easy to book in and the team were very friendly and helpful in advising me regarding the most appropriate service type for the car

We purchased a car for my 17 year old daughter and after collecting the car we had to return it due to it cutting out randomly The team were amazing great communication and managed to fix it so it is safe and reliable Would highly recommend
