Great product and customer service

I have been looking at this product for a while and eventually decided to take advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free offer Two arrived quite quick and I instantly set them up and loved them but contacted customer service about the third Jillian came back to me very quickly saying I had only ticked the buy 1 button twice but she would send a third one right away I was so happy and very grateful They are brilliant products and work well in the dark areas of my small flat doing exactly what you want them to do one is above my coffee machine leading the way in the morning but the customer service is also fab Thank you for your courtesy

Exceptional customer service

I love the light and I would highly recommend it Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service I encountered a problem with the delivery and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently I will definitely buy from this company again

These lights are of a good quality

These lights are of a good quality They are easy to use and do the job really well The service by the company was excellent even when I had to contact them because one of my lights was missing It seems that when I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free offer I did not do it correctly so it appeared that I had only ordered 2 However they immediately sent me a third one at no charge which was great I can thoroughly recommend this company and this product Excellent service and quality

Superb customer service

Superb customer service Thank you Anton Love the lights but didn t think they were working properly and wanted to send them back til Anton told me that the lights need charging fully before use So be sure to do that

Great lights

They work exactly as described and two give sufficient light on the stairs at night without waking anyone else The only downside was the Amazon Shipping used for the UK part of the delivery but the response from Popular Lighting customer support was excellent

Lumi lights - will probably buy more and can highly recommend

The product 3 Lumi lights is great absolutley as intended 1 for the airing cupboard1 for son s bedroom to stop him ricocheting off of the wall when he gets home after a few pints1 for the landingVery happy customer service is prompt as it should be no messing

Great customer service and product

Great customer service and product We purchased 5 Lumni sensor lights in October for a house we were moving into in December I emailed the company on a Saturday when I unpacked them letting them know one seemed to be faulty - on the SUNDAY I received a reply asking for a video showing what was happening which I sent them later that day On the Tuesday I received another email saying the replacement light was on its way Couldn t ask for any better service The lights work great and sensor picks up at a good distance Highly recommend this company and product

Can t rate this company enough - both for product quality and customer service - fantastic on both counts The sensor lights strips and the round device really great product for the cost That can recharge them as well means no messing about with batteries etc Very impressed and will purchase more Customer service like that you receive a message with two options was it good and so click here or was something not quite right in which case click this link instead There was a small issue for me that needed clarity and so pressed the second link and honestly the service thereafter was exemplary couldn t do enough to assist I was taken aback really as in general let s face it customer service for online goods not always a pleasant experience Great company great product Enough said Thank you

The lights are great and really helpful Their customer service is excellent too as 2 of my ordered lights were faulty on arrival and when I contacted Popular lighting they immediately sent me 2 replacements free of charge

Great At night

Ordered a motion sensor light from this company Put it up during the day and was very disappointed to find out the motion sensor didn t work at all Wrote a scathing review Then it turned dark and the thing started working perfectly Felt a right wally I apologise for the bad review these things are great
