We were initially very hesitant to buy this shower unit as we were worried about the quality due to its low price and secondly we were worried about the installation Therefore i did call you couple of times to re-assure my self before buying Once it arrived it was incredibly easy to install due to its guide and when finished it was unexplanibly perfect the sales delivery and quality is beyond excellent

We recently bought the Vidalux Hydro Plus 900 Shower Cabin 900 x 900 from this company We were notified straight away that there was a delay due to it being out of stock and were given the opportunity to cancel the order As this was the shower we really wanted we went ahead Steamshower store were excellent at keeping us updated about the timescale and in fact it arrived sooner than expected The delivery arrangements were excellent and we have had follow up emails to check that we are happy with the product and service Highly recommend this company whose customer service is second to none

We wanted a stand alone shower

We wanted a stand alone shower enclosure Our mother was finding it too hard to get in and out of the bath This Vidalux shower let us minimise the required tiling around the area It was straightforward to put together and completely watertight in use The optional shower stool was a great idea we placed it on a non slip mat for extra security Very happy with this product

I ve uncovered the perfect hideout it s my steam shower It s where I go to relax away from the family or may be sing horribly off-key without judgment Great service all round would definitely recommend
