Anyone The same with my situation My fianc send packages for my birthday last January 29 2024 bound to Philippines but up until now the latest update on the system is still the same February 01 custom cleared we already opened a case but seems like there s no update up until now we kept on calling customer service but they couldn t help us they always advise to wait for an update through email unbelievable Anyone the same with my situation if yes What did you guys did Did they refunded you Or did you received your package I need help

Most probably the worst Post Servis in Europe The same excuses again and again year after year Now once again I m waiting for Godot - one of letters from abroad By the tracking number was delivered to main transit station in Oslo two weeks back and I m still waiting for the delivery in Bergen No comment

I m writing this in English so websites worlwide can be aware Please DON T choose Posten when sending orders to Norway Posten ends up not respecting time estimates written on your website and you will end up compensating for them They can keep our packages in our city for several days and don t care about delivering the package in time I have two packages that have been in the country for several days and they still haven t been delivered VERSTE servicen jeg har v rt borti Fors kt og ringt og kundeservice later som de ikke kjenner til problemet

It s a true garbage company Avoid it far as it was a leper You will loose everything what is connected to that letter or package all your money appointment everything They are unable to deliver a priority letter in 2 weeks and their costumer service is just good for nothing they just lie you around with every kind of excuse or telling you they don t know and don t even care where is your stuff or when it will arrive it will arrive some point probably this year What more they even get offended that you even asked If Norway was a little bit self respecting they would cancel this operation and return to post pidgeons that would be faster According to the tracker my package has arrived to L renskog on the 29th of October and the delivery adress according to Google is about 10km away from that place This 10km seems to be a huge issue and they can t make it Even if I tie it to a chicken it would be there faster Avoid Posten at all cost deliver your package on foot if it is necesary but don t give any of your property to Posten They don t have a slightest bit of ambition to do anything or care Doing anything with them costed me thousands of euros and possibly my thesis intership possibility Doesn t even worth one star rather -1 or more

Posten doesn t even deserve one star but 0 Not only they are incompetent they are thieves Someone tore my parcel took an item out of it and tried to seal it back with a duct tape Posten is absolutely shameless They say that the letter got jammed in the sorting machine but there was no note included in the shipment explaining this AND they don t offer compensation for letters Ridiculous

DON T USE POSTEN USE HELTHJEM I received a package in 15 days China to Troms no import fees for a 180 package from a NON-VOEC seller No double VAT taxation Being a foreigner I am certain that this postal service is among the worst in the world I can get a package from China to France in 8 days from AliExpress It takes me a month to get a package from Russia during the WAR and political sanctions to France even though it traveled across more than 6000km by road But here in Norway if you re lucky enough to receive your package it takes 20 days and then you get double taxed on VAT even from VOEC seller sometimes

Poor service from Posten and not responsible at all
they sent my passport to germany which was stuck in customs for no reason posten customer care lied to us during the tracking and told us to be patient for 2 weeks We also filled in stop krav and they took money for this service and later told us that the service is not applicable in germany Their response to the whole issue has been very irresponsible Still haven t received my passport

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had I don t normally leave reviews but they were so unhelpful and rude that all I wish is for someone never to experience this again Like others have mentioned here they lost a 180 parcel that was being sent abroad from Oslo and then told me that without any tracking number they would not do anything to help and I was hung up on immediately with no apology The tone of the agents voice could not have been more uninterested and stuck up Their insurance policy is dreadful and I would have only received around under 20 for the lost parcel anyway Please please please NEVER USE THIS SERVICE if you give the slightest consideration for what you re sending

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability shown by Posten regarding delays with my parcel Despite reaching out for assistance the response I received was vague and unhelpful reflecting an indifference to customer concerns While I understand that some services may not guarantee specific delivery times this does not excuse excessive delays or the failure to ensure reliable service Instead of addressing the issue directly Posten shifted responsibility to the sender leaving me caught in the middle of a frustrating and unproductive blame game This lack of coordination and professionalism between Posten and its partners is unacceptable As a paying customer I expect better communication accountability and a commitment to resolving issues rather than deflecting responsibility Posten needs to improve its processes prioritize customer concerns and take ownership of service issues Until then I cannot recommend their services and would advise others to be cautious when relying on Posten for important deliveries Poor delivery time and very poor customer service
