My item was never delivered

My item was never delivered Instead I was informed that it had been damaged beyond repair after a week I would have reordered it but it was then out of stock I have opted for a full refund but am really disappointed that this could take up to 14 days Why Not impressed at all

Too expensive

Definitely not worth the price 10 for an A4 piece of card with a print on that isn t amazing quality- probably costs pennies to make Could have printed out myself and saved the money

Poor refund service

I don t dispute the quality of their products but the returns process is poor The extortionate charge to return a product you can not exchange lets this company down I recently returned a 24 frame and was charged 9 50 return postage and admin fee The return postal fee would have been no more than 3 50 I am still awaiting a refund 4 weeks after the return They say it s in the small print

I ordered my posters around 2 weeks

I ordered my posters around 2 weeks ago I entered the wrong email address so I haven t got an order confirmation email I have tried to get in touch with the company to resolve this and have had no luck

Avoid the shelves

Ordered some shelves and 1 was completely unusable how it passed their quality control area I ll never know I did eventually get a replacement however this was slow and the lack of communication was frustrating

Returns fee

I ordered the wrong size it had a white border when I wasn t expecting that Turns out you have to pay a hefty returns fee if you want to return to cover delivery this is unfair and should be made more clear when ordering

Customer Service lets them down greatly

I sent a couple of emails and tried their web chat a couple of times to change the delivery address for my order - several days prior to the goods being due to be despatched No reply whatsoever and as expected - the goods were despatched to the wrong address Not impressed

UK feedback

Used you guys several times and told my friends about you but the delivery partner you chose in UK is appalling Got my order for two weeks delayed and emailed you and no luck Delivery company is not contactable either

Delivery time at least twice as much

Delivery time at least twice as much from the stated one and I had to redirect to a collection point as I was going away When I went to collect the guy at the shop was insisting is not there and after insisting that I wont leave unless he have a look the box was there Not great and definetely wint be ordering again

Not happy with the quality or colour Don t look like advertised Abstract prints which had gold colour going through Looks brown Would have been better paying slightly more for better quality
