I ordered two posters and they arrived

I ordered two posters and they arrived quite harshly folded up and really creased in the corners Even in frames you can see a little bit of creasing down the middle of the picture However the prices are really low and they obviously reflect the not so amazing quality and care

Good products poor delivery and poor customer service

Well since you won t reply to my Customer Queries but keep sending me review reminders I ll do that Good prints good frames bad delivery Not sure if it s couriers fault or the when it left the warehouse but the parcel was battered and wet When we opened the package the largest frame was damaged With this we ve followed the complaints and queries process on the website and have heard nothing now over 3 weeks and 3 chases We have no way of contacting Posterstore via this process so I will have to unfortunately now take a claim out on the credit card Such a shame Therefore good to average products Poor to terrible delivery and customer service

Disappointing Customer Service

Website was easy to use and items came quite quickly However my item arrived damaged and despite using the online messaging service over a week ago nobody has contacted me This is very disappointing

Get frames elsewhere

Ordered on Sunday 15th Jan and delivery came on Friday 20th Jan I am pleased with the posters but disappointed with the frames The perspex reflects light as you would expect but all reflections are really distorted due to the poor quality of the perspex I will now need to purchase new perspex for all of the frames Having spent over 350 on my order I would have expected better quality Just to confirm we have removed the protectors from both sides of the perspex My picture gallery looks more like the crazy mirrors at a circus and the distortred reflextions detract from the images If you are considering a purchase I would get your frames elsewhere

Poor Service

Poster Store have had my order since 13th December Their trackable service still says order received 13th December It s not trackable or laughable Their Chat function is a robot Not a human Noone has responded to my urgent queries I understand it s a busy time of year - but they ve breached the 6 working days delivery time - and there s no way to reach any one their website Pretty rubbish I am updating the review and adding a couple of stars The product DID arrive in time - but the tracking programme and chat functions do not work It s also really strange that customer services responded to this way before they responded to my emails

The description of the white boarder

The description of the white boarder round the artwork should say that it is a large white boarder The actual artwork was no where near the size I requested I bought a new frame that it now fits in but I would be reluctant to purchase from poster store again for this reason

Quality of one of the posters not so good

I ordered 2 posters and frames They were delayed by the delivery company but I was happy that customer service assisted with the information I needed in a timely manner However when they arrived one poster was perfect but the other one really faded looks like they ve ran out of ink

Let down by poor service

Delivery took too long with no update or progress information available Order acknowledgement said email would follow when order was despatched- it didn t happen I had no idea when to expect delivery until Evri emailed to say they had it Was happy with product quality when I did get it

ABSOLUTE JOKE

ABSOLUTE JOKE The tracking email from poster store is not working regardless of 72hrs activation time and yesterday I have received information from Evri that my parcel its on the way to parcel shop 5 HRS DRIVE ONE WAY FROM MY HOUSE I don t remember choosing delivery option drop it wherever in the UK Emailed customer service order number 2998990UPDATE After leaving this review the customer service was brilliant in getting my issue sorted New order was send directly to me and the posters are beautiful Thank you

No delivery

Ordered two posters waited two weeks for delivery and still didn t arrive contacted poster store who offered to resend them 10 days later they still haven t arrivedUPDATE - Posters arrived today lovely pictures and good quality shame about the delay
