Very good service bought of them on 3 separate occasions items arrived next day would definitely buy from again

Strimmer and screwdriver order in the days of the plague

I ordered a strimmer on Friday and as postage of 6 00 could be saved if the order was over 100 I added an electric screwdriver Looking on their website on the Saturday the order was marked as complete which sounded in the present climate almost too good to be true I looked on this site and was dismayed to see some of the negative reviews A little worried I emailed on Monday PM to say I hadn t had any courier details I woke up on Tuesday to a reply from Sacha saying the order was being packed and would be out the following day I was woken the next morning by a DPL delivery - it was just the screwdriver I emailed again and got an immediate reply saying it was two deliveries and true to their word the strimmer arrived in the afternoon Both tools unpacked and tested and no problems They have been registered with the respective companies for extended warranty without issue So despite misgivings apart from maybe a missing box on the website to say with warehouse there were no problems at all It was a great quick purchase backed by a fast and responsive customer service to boot Given the COVID issues it can t be faulted By comparison I m still waiting for a reply from Bosch -a multi-national company to a query about the strimmer model that was sent three days before I used PowerTools2U I would recommend and will reuse them without issue Their price was very reasonable too Thank you Sacha and PowerTools2U
