I had engine problems with my 2011 Ram 1500 Researched rebuilt motors and Powertrain Products was on the list They were great to deal with engine arrived when they said and everything was intact that was included in the order Very pleased with their break in information Everything is great Was very satisfied with the whole experience Thank you Powertrain Product for great experience Tim Keddy

Great customer service Undersierable engine delivery

Great customer service and the engine works My two criticisms are below -Engine 550lbs V8 came on a pallet rather than in a black engine box The pallet was too low to use the engine hoist which was a nightmare -I paid 500 for the engine kit that contained under 250 worth of parts and none were a name brand to match the engine motorcraft

Engine runs great Shipping was a hassle trying to return core

Process was pretty smooth Took a long time for engine to arrive about 2 months Engine was rebuilt well no noises or leaks Shipping core back was a hassle The shipping department never sent me a bill of lading When the freight company came to pick up the core I did not have the paperwork I needed Took multiple calls to the shipping department to get the paperwork and reschedule a pickup

My remanufactured 5 4 Ford engine came

My remanufactured 5 4 Ford engine came with OEM Ford phasers Looks and sounds like a brand new engine 500 miles on it so far and engine is smooth and quiet I would have given a 5 star review but shipping was not so smooth Not sure if sales and shipping were on the same page Regardless I would recommend Powertrain Products for anyone needing a new motor Just make sure you double check your shipping information

So far so good Both my engine and transmission purchases arrived before the quoted delivery dates Both appear to be quality items The process of purchase and core returns was simple and efficient Awaiting the completion of my install to get both turning and wheels moving Certainly hope to not need the warranty but definitely happy to have made the investment to insure a long life of quality

Powertrain built a transfer case for our 1993 F150 It was shipped a few days earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise Shipping took a little longer than expected but that was not Powertrains fault Installation was quick and easy and the truck is finally working properly again after being down for over two months My only complaint which is minor is that I was not informed when the core was received Thank you Powertrain Mike S

Fast delivery

Overall really good experience and super fast delivery Core was picked and returned with no issues So far engine appears to be operating as normal with no issues The only issue minor was the engine sent needed different spark plugs then were sent with the engine After some research and calling Powertrain the issue was resolved

I had quality control issues with one engine and the core return procedure could use a little bit of refinement I had a core brought back and left in my driveway while on vacation even though I followed procedure I was also promised an extension on my core charge but that didn t change the emails and charge Overall a good product at a good price
