Great experience from ordering our new transmission to returning the core Customer service was friendly and helpful transmission came when it was supposed to delivery was a snap to my house and everything was perfect After we installed the transmission was installed the core return process was easy and everything went smoothly Since installing the new transmission it has worked flawlessly Great value and great company to work with

From start to finish everything was easy and on schedule The new motor is running great The engine core pick-up was a breeze The only drawback is that I got too many emails asking me to complete steps I had already completed maybe the in-house communications tracking could be better but otherwise I would highly recommend

The quality of product and shipping experience was awesome Their warranty is top notch and was great to work with I would definitely buy from them again 3-18-2023 Update on warranty The warranty department contacted me and told me they did an analysis on the original problem They told me why it happened and what measures to take in the future to keep it from happening again I feel that was over and above their responsibility and I much appreciated the information

We purchased a transmission from Powertrain Products what really sparked our interest is the warranty they offer and the best pricing around We received the transmission followed their warranty required guidelines and it shifts flawlessly 10 10 will recommend to all of our customers

Great Product with a great Price

My experience was great because from the first moment I contacted Powertrain Products I was impressed with their friendly customer service people who were very polite and answered every question I had which were many Every thing was very professional and cordial However the thing that blew my mind is the warranty on the motors It is absolutely amazing to me that you can buy an engine with a warranty of 5 years or 1 million miles Heck you don t get that kind of warranty with a brand new vehicle so my advice to anyone it would be better to buy another engine from Powertrain Products and hire someone to put it in if you can t do it yourself instead of paying 70 thousand dollars or more for a brand new vehicle with a puny 36 thousand mile warranty That seems like good old common sense to me I m giving Powertrain Products a 5 star rating and a big thank you to Ms Jill Tyler who was the nice lady that I talked to on the phone Sincerely Herman Wells

Great communication faster than expected delivery and easy core return My new Jeep 4 0 engine runs strong smooth and has just completed it s first 1200 miles Professional rebuild painted block it looked just like a factory original

Excellent 5 3l motor Went in without any issues and purrs like a baby kitten Can barely hear it running no crazy noises Turned my 2007 Silverado into a new truck I had already had the transmission rebuilt so after putting the new engine it drives like a new truck Motor arrived super fast as well - these guys are like Amazon with these motor delivery times

Powertrain products offer hassle free shipping and core returns The hemi 5 7 that I ordered came with all the gaskets that I would need as well as the oil pump And they have a growing number of YouTube videos that are bery helpful I m going on 5 000 miles on my new remanufactured long block and couldn t be happier
