Relief from car accident injuries insomnia

I never write reviews but for the pranamat it is worth it I ve been through 3 car accidents in the last 4 years and I also am an RDH I hover over my patients cleaning their teeth all day every day So with the injuries from my accidents my days end in a lot of neck and upper back pain Since investing in my pranamat I am out of pain every night by only laying on my matt for 10 min Seriously it blows my mind every time This product has extended the time that I need to see my massage therapist and chiropractor and is absolutely WORTH the investment I also have less sleep anxiety insomnia When I m stressed and unable to fall asleep I lay on it and about 20-30 min in I m sleepy In fact I have even fallen completely asleep on it a couple of times before I have tried other knock off brands but none are made with the quality materials and work as effectively as this matt does Plus the pranamat has a 5 year warranty I believe which is a plus So so in love with this product I even got 3 of my co-workers hooked on it themselves they all now own one as well Thank you pranamat for helping me lead a life with WAY less pain naturally

The very first time I tried a Pranamat I was shocked Shocked of how great my body feels during and after the session It helped me sooo much to unwind and recharge WOW And the quality is absolutely AWESOME

Great product to relax on and sleep on Never thought that a prickly device would help with my pain and inflammation post exercise This pad is wonderful I wished I would have bought the carry bag too

Zen-like

Helps me relax and and laying in it a few times a week before bed for 15-20 minutes calms my mind and helps me get to sleep better

I love my Pranamat Whenever I am tense or sore I lay on this and always feel better afterward Trying to get more scheduled time to use as it makes me feel better

I absolutely love my Prada Mat

I absolutely love my Prada Mat My daughter told me about the Prada Mat when I was having some sciatica pain and suggested I try it From the first time I used it the pain was lessened I now lay on my mat about 4-5 times a week Thank you for making a great product

Fantastic mat

Fantastic mat It s prickly to begin with and it can scratch your skin when you try to get on and off it But once you actually lie on the mat and pillow It feels so relaxing and it takes the back pain shoulder pain all pains away

Pranamat ECO quite the dream

The mat and pillow are excellent quality It is quite comfortable to use and feels great after 15 minutes or so I would definitely recommend this product for circulation and relaxation
