As a first time buyer it is a daunting process and there is so much choice when looking for a reputable surveyor Precise Chartered Surveyors were recommended to me by a close friend and it was an excellent recommendation From the initial quotation to the completion of the survey I cannot fault the process My surveyor was Matt he contacted me prior to the survey to introduce himself and asked if I had any concerns about the property or questions about the survey Matt contacted me to let me know when the survey had been completed and I received a full report within 24hrs of completion The report itself was detailed yet concise making it easy to follow and understand Matt telephoned me a few days later to check in and allow me the opportunity to ask any questions He was so friendly and extremely easy to talk to He answered all my questions without hesitation and offered constructive advice He was beyond helpful and informed me I can contact him at any point in the future if I have any further questions regarding the property The customer service and communication is mostly definitely worthy of the 5 stars
