Absolutely amazing service Had Scott come and check our house thoroughly He identified issues we never would have seen A very organised and detailed report with pictures after the inspection which was simple to understand Thank you Scott and the team Definitely recommend KB inspections

From start to finish Adam was fantastic

From start to finish Adam was fantastic very professional talking me through some areas he felt that I needed to see or be explained the report it self is very detailed and easy reading If you are questioning if to get a snagging company out due to price it s worth every penny adam went through our home with a fine tooth comb he was there for over 5 hours and an added bonus some great Ariel shoots videos of our home do not hesitate to use this company we were recommended to use kb - inspections and I highly recommend them to Thank you again

Service WORTH every money

No words to describe my satisfaction Everything is explained step by step what will be checked and what repairs will be needed A service made at a really high level with great accuracy Adam looked at places that I would not even think to check them service worth every money Pictures from the drone and using the thermal camera will be extremely useful in solving problems HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What can I say as like every other review on here Scott and Kelly were as perfect as you can expect Booking was swift and confirmed real quick On the day Scott was early he was very thorough even when i was asking plenty of stupid questions to slow him down The report was great and real informative my developer is now sweating over having to fix everything which is brilliant I can t fault a single thing this being our first snagger i can hand on heart say with every property we buy we ll be booking KB inspections Such great value great service already recommending away You d be silly not to book these guys

Scott was a very friendly helpful and professional inspector He spent approximately 6 hours carrying out a very thorough survey of our new build property He identified many issues which we will pass to our builders as our post build snagging list for their attention
