This is the company I would give if I could not a single star You are very unprofessional individuals with poor communication abilities We speak five languages and could not reach you in any of them Five attempts were made to get in touch with them and each time we received a different letter from someone asking the same questions Filip Oleya etc We were prepared to buy two houses from them I won t recommend it to anyone and you lost not only the big deal but also potential clients in the future Stay away from this company

We bought our old house in July of 2021 and were first looking into simply expanding it and refurbishing it all However the wooden beams of the floor turned out to be rotten there was almost no insulation and the wooden piles of the foundation were probably rotten as well This was not going to be an easy project After a while we started with removing all old parts of the house except for the old brick walls since this gives character to the old part of the house However a new house had to be put within these brick walls In December of 2021 we found a contractor who was willing to do this project but didn t yet knew how much it was going to cost us In January 2022 I read an article of a Dutch newspaper about this company called Frame House Group in Latvia and I was wondering would they be able to produce our house exactly within these old brick walls I sent them an e-mail and they reacted positive about the project However Latvia is also quite far away from Holland so I was sceptic After weeks of waiting our contractor still hadn t calculated how much this project was going to cost I was thinking maybe Frame House Group can give us a calculation of our house so I reached out again and they promised us they would send a quotation within 5 days Since our experience with our contractor we were very sceptic However after 5 days we received a 60-page quotation and 3D impression which was extremely detailed transparent and showed us an exact price rounded down to the cent We still don t know how they pulled this off but it definitely was surprising It was Wednesday 19th of February when we received the quotation One week later Russia invaded Ukraine and we didn t yet knew what their goal was and if they would invade other countries as well This made us quite fearful of working with a company in Latvia What we soon experienced in Holland was a hughe increase in prices of all building materials not even speaking of delivery times How on earth are we going to build this house within the budget In the meantime we started with the first construction activities We drove new steel piles in the ground and created a new foundation We still didn t have a contractor and a price for building the rest of the house but then FHG called again I explained my uncertainties about working with a company in a country so close to Russia but also explained that in Holland all building materials were becoming extremely expensive In reply FHG told me their prices didn t change they had enough wood in stock and they still had some production slots available within the next couple of months This gave us a lot to think about After discussing it with our future assembly team we decided to do this We started with TDP-1 and gave some feedback Then TDP-2 followed faster then we expected and we chose a production slot Finally this was getting real When the time of production finally arrived FHG arranged transport and we made the construction site ready arranged a crane and had our Dutch assembly team ready to assemble the house Then the big day was there 2 big trucks arrived all the way from Riga with our house in it Finally we could start building our dream When the first panels arrived on the construction site the assembly team all said well they certainly weren t frugal with the wooden beams Each panel and beam was thicker and more robust then they had ever seen before Panel by panel beam by beam the entire house fitted like clockwork The instructions were super clear all screws and bolts were supplied and if there was any question our account manager was there to answer it All in all we are extremely satisfied about working with FHG In the near future we re hoping to build a small guesthouse in our garden and we re already looking forward to working with FHG again

Frame House Group and especially Elena has been more then helpful designing fabricating and delivering and every step in between our house Their team is very knowledgeable and the service and communication before during and after is very good Also the quality of the materials used is exceptionally good We are now in the progress of finishing the roof but so far we are extremely happy we have chosen them
