Bad communication

the communication was not very good often did not help at all I got the wrong key for my apartment and there was no immediate help Also there was only very little information and details known before move in

Stay away from these people for your own health

I put one star because I can t put zero Please if you want to live your happy life stay away from these people Dirty apartment when I arrived leaks in the ceiling never repaired now the washing machine has broken and I imagine no one will come to repair it and most serious of all the internet doesn t work We are without internet I pay rent which includes internet to go out to work somewhere else every day Zero assistance Cosmic nothingness Stay away from these people for your own health

SCAM

SCAM Habyt may seem convenient at first but once you know the local prices you understand how crazy they charge Electricity is supposed to be provided but they include it after a few months without explanation it took them a month to provide proof of overconsumption and they never apologized for adding an exorbitant extra cost to the bill Customer service is really bad especially the billing team Avoid going there

DON T BOOK

Keep yourself out of trouble and search for something else we entered the apartment which was very dirty and the sink was running in the kitchen In the bathroom the sink was clogged glass was inside the drain the bell is not functioning and the laundry and garbage common area are just disgusting We reached out multiple times to them explaining our issues but nothing happened They always refer to some Building Management Team which appears to be non-existent They didn t adress our issues at all and just closed the ticket - what else is there still to add

1 room is not same like advertisement during booking 2 I reported some issues using tickets they answered me to resolve those but still not fixed by Habyt3 internet connection is not fully stable sometimes it s disconnected and has low speeds 4 the internet security is poor and so many devices are connected maybe devices from other people outside the apartment
