Great customer service my fire protector blankets were here pretty quickly I bought one for each of my kids and two for myself great quality and I feel a sense of relief knowing that I have themThe only thing I would suggest is to send a hook for each blanket unless they re called towels anyway I would suggest a hook for each purchase Thank you
