Don t respond to emails with regards to repairs Even when the repairs are effecting health Also don t seem to care that landlords property is being damaged by not making repairs Avoid

Avoid letting from this people

After 2 years and 6 months letting a property from prime choice and pay correctly rent and bills and an increase of rent every year after returning the keys and the property with no demages they came up with full decorating of the house and many other things for an ammount over 1000 so not only the deposit has been refused they ask for more money the property landlady is a greedy stressfull person that just look to fill up her pocketStay well away from this agency or if u do let from them just dont pay the rent for the last 6 months so by doing this at least u dont get scammed
