I don t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so after initially reading the reviews and almost deciding not to shop here I was delighted with my item the speed in which it was delivered and the packaging it came in Granted I didn t have any need to engage with customer services but as for the authenticity of the product I am more than satisfied that I have a genuine designer product at an incredibly reasonable price and would 100 shop with Printemps again

Very good shopping experience

After reading the reviews here I was very skeptical whether to buy here or not I decided to go for it and purchased a pair of shoes I ordered them on tuesday and on thursday the package already arrived The packaging is super cute and the shoes have perfectly fine quality So from my side a huge recommendation I m from Germany - so shipping was to Germany

I just made my second purchase from thos website although I encountered some lil difficulties with the delivery and this had nothing to do with the company itself that has got to do with FedEx But all in all I must say I got talking to a customer service team by the name Tibo and they are incredibly helpful they helped me throughout till I got my order delivered I would definitely buy more from this website They sell 100 authentic products and their prices are very very reasonable

Delighted with my Purchase

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive ordering from this website however I was quite surprised at how smooth the process was I ordered a dress on the 12th November I received confirmation of order and notification when the item was dispatched It arrived today 19th November and the dress is exactly what I expected Very happy with the service and I would be happy to order from them again
