Outstanding service The company contacted me after noticing that my order had black grey color selected but the document I uploaded had color elements in the logo They wanted to double check my selection and they were 100 correct in thinking that I did want the logo printed in color and was more than happy to pay the nominal upcharge for that Most if not all companies would simply process the order as submitted Going the extra mile to both call and email me to confirm my selection is the kind of exceptional service that earns a customer for life

Miss not having the ability to two-hold punch the top of pages in advance was such a convenience After I posted my review the company reached out and personally handled the issue They went so far as to offer to reprint and hole punch for me which I do not need for this order They offered to punch for me on future orders and I plan to make that request I really appreciated their swift response and attention to what was really a smaller detail but really shows they go the extra mile Will continue to order from them for sure

We had custom engineer graph pads printed with our company logo The website was easy to navigate and the template tool to create a customized product was intuitive and user friendly The best part was being able to generate a PDF of our custom product and print it out The test page is nearly identical to the final product I reached out to customer service with billing questions and they were very helpful and were able to answer my questions in one call and with one person The best part was the speed of delivery Our order was relatively small but it was processed and delivered within 2 weeks We will be a repeat customer
