SCAM SENDING ME THREATS IN POST

charged my bank account without sending any products I bought 1 30 day kit and they then continued to charge me afterwards I had to change banks to get it to stop and now they are sending me letters and emails saying they will take LEGAL ACTION if I don t pay them 30 STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

This seems to be a common thread with ProActiv but trying to cancel a subscription I didn t know I was buying into and get a refund on products I no longer wish to use is like pulling teeth Chat service online doesn t work Twitter no responseEmail says I ll get a phone call Never happens Phone calls never picked upI fully expect to get to my next unintended payment date without having had any resolution to my refund request And then quite probably the next one

Awful customer service Awful company to deal with Awful products Had a bad reaction to products Eyes red itchy so sore Skin very itchy Contacted customer service by email 3 times over a week ago now about returning products for a refund but still no response I have contacted my bank to cancel future transactions and raise a dispute to get my money back considering proactive 60 day money back guarantee policy

We make a great product so let s figure out a way to completely screw over customers - How about we charge 15 for each shipment and call it a base fee Split order payments into three they ll never know That s brilliant Great products imo but unfortunately this company is duplicitous trash I never even noticed it so who knows how long I was charged just for being a customer

Scam Company avoid - Read this

Scam Company - product didn t work and made skin worse however even worse than that my one off payment for the initial order apparently automatically subscribed me for more so they took payment again in a month and if you call them and get through they say you subscribed by not opting out never heard anything so bad in all my life still trying to get my money back bank say have to wait 30 days to open dispute so beware they have calculated that most people will just not bother complaining Scam company

I can fully and honestly confirm all the other reviews regarding the subscriptions The products are not the worse I ve come across in my search for the most suitable acne treatments for my skin but nor are the best The subscriptions on another hand are completely worse you are paying monthly which isn t conveyed anywhere and start randomly receiving kits when not even requested Too late to get your money back from these shipments as you ll need to pay for the shipments back Such a shame

My boyfriend ordered 2 months ago for a trail for my skin after seeing it advertised on tv it did not work just caused more breakouts and irritated my skin we did not know about a monthly subscription until they charged him over 30 for the month afterSo he rang pro active and cancelled the next box they still sent another box and charged him yet another 30 odd pound even though he rang and spoken to someone and had it cancelled they did the same this month too Not impressed will be ringing again tomorrow
