The kundservice is rude unhelpful I bought windows 7 and they don t give clear instructions how to install it also they don t help when I contacted the kundservice I am so disappointed

Never received software license key

Bought Antivirus software on January 5th 2024 Today January 11th 2024 I still haven t received the license key I have e-mailed programvara se twice since the 5th but no response at all

No product received no response

Haha I got a request to rate my experience before I received any product I ordered Office and never received a product key I contacted the support mail several times and never received a response I tried to cancel my order to get my money back no response I had ordered a package last year and received a working key right away so I thought it would be OK again But from ratings they seem to have gone downhill Stay away not a serious company
