Poor service and faulty product

Purchased a GPS phone watch for my child I asked to return it as it rang 112 emergency services when the on button was held for 2 seconds After two weeks and three emails I am still waiting for a return freight document I assume they are delaying for the 30 day right to return to expire Poor service and a watch that shouldn t be sold to the Swedish market

They do not have products When i was ordering from them they been written Delivery time 3-5 days but i was waiting for 5 weeks So basically when they receive order from you they just ordering the-same stuff from AliExpress and when they getting it just resending to you Do not recommending them at all

Money is gone but they never sent the package

I got the information that the package was sent and they pulled the amount from my bank I never got the package and they wont share the tracking number

Order placed and paid but goods never delivered On enquiry the customer service said the parcel was sent late due to shortage in stock but we should receive it that same day or at the latest the day after That is now an other week and still no delivery And also no update or even an answer on a new request to the customer service Happy to give more positive feedback once I actually get that paid order

I give it one star because there is no less than that I don t recommend buying from them Very bad customer service I bought shaving blades from them 8 unites Used one of them and it was a disaster the blades was not sharp left me in pain until I finished Contacted them to report this problem They told me they don t accept returns I had seven un used in plastic bag Now I am left with blades that I cannot use supposedly Gillette I don t recommend any one buy these Gillette Mach 3 products from them

This was the first and the last time for me to order from Prylify I order a smartwatch for kids I pay and I get mejl where was writed that i will recive my order 1-3 days After 5 days I contacted them and they say I will get my order from 7-14 days My order didn t came Non serous side to order something You pay and you get nothing THIEVES And one star is a lot for you
