We picked this company due to their excellent customer reviews and we were not let down - we were very impressed with the service we received We were under time pressure and the team really understood this from the quoting stage right through to the finished project Tom is very solutions-orientated and came up with a legally compliant solution for our house Once on site our team of Chris and Bill was so courteous and made the minimum disruption to our daily lives Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always kept us informed The site was reinstated exactly as before they even went so far as buying replacement wood chippings to cover the path Very helpful that they include Building Control approval within their package Would highly recommend

First class service very informative at all stages as to what they were doing and when they would be on site very considerate to us at all times and very clean and tidy Garden was left just like before the work started Felt totally confident in their ability and really appreciated their professional attitude Very customer focused

Proseptic - A very professional experience

We are based in Kent and recently moved house to a village without mains drainage The existing septic tank was installed in 1958 was leaking and non-compliant As part of the agreement of the move we replaced the existing septic tank within weeks of moving in We received a few quotes but went with Proseptic They came across as very professional and undertook a porosity test and provided us with great advice and a quote I am really pleased we selected them The work was undertaken by Stuart and Luke and took around 5 days They were tidy respectful and what I really liked is how they managed our expectations throughout the work Overall communication was great They have come back since to test how the new system is working Overall a great experience but a strong shout out to Stuart and Luke who completed the work

Proseptic installed a replacement septic tank and lined some damaged piping for us Despite some challenging weather conditions they were well organised and thoroughly professional throughout The team were always happy to explain the current status of the works so we could be kept up to date on progress The works were completed within the predicted timeframe and with minimal disruption to the garden despite the use of heavy machinery very pleased Special thanks to Stuart and Kevin

The anticipation of having a huge hole

The anticipation of having a huge hole dug in our beloved garden for a new sewage treatment plant filled us with dread But then the A team Ben Luke turned up and we soon felt confident with their positive professional attitude attention to detail and general care They worked well together and were pleasant to have around We would not hesitate in recommending Proseptic

Nick and Luke installed our drainage field

We had Nick and Luke from Proseptic come to install a new drainage field for our system They did a great job Very polite and professional Very careful and precise causing minimal disturbance to surrounding areas I was very happy with the work and the tidy up Would highly recommend

Drainage Field Installation

Tom came to conduct an initial site visit then a percolation test and review of our existing system The recommendation was that the tank was fine but needed a larger drainage field The quote was transparent and clearly detailed what they would be doing Ben the Site Manager was very polite and throughout the installation Ben and his colleagues were very considerate and respectful of our lawn and that it was our home I would highly recommend Proseptic

Ensign sewage plant installation

We recently had an Ensign treatment plant installed by Proseptic The work took a week and was expertly done by polite intelligent efficient and experienced staff They were a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to keep us happy The management side of the company was also excellent keeping in touch and helping with any questions or difficulties For future customers we would emphasise the importance of doing your research and asking questions early in the process We found the low- pitched hum from the plant slightly intrusive until we discovered how to stop it with Proseptic s help All in all it has been a good experience

We had Nick and Luke from Proseptic come to fit a new septic tank for us Great friendly professional and polite service was given throughout the four days that the guys were here The job was pre planned by Tom and everything ran like clockwork with everything happening at the right time and as specified Sue in the office informed us in advance of the job and kept us updated The job was Clean quick and extremely professional with zero stress caused to us and our neighbours as a result of Nick and Luke s great work and customer service It is now a pleasure to flush our toilet I can thoroughly recommend the team at Proseptic
