Love the idea but why can t you take money from hopefully eventual profit Monthly subscription always worry s me Sorry but not for me

I signed up for the special offer of 10 US for a 7-day trial that encompassed two courses - one on basic investing and the other on cryptocurrency The first I found lacked adequate definition explanation of some of the terms I needed to use Investopedia to get a complete understanding The second course I found to be too shallow and walked away feeling I didn t learn very much Lastly if signing up for the 7-day trial make sure you alert yourself on the 6th day the trial is ending to avoid being charged the monthly subscrition if you are opting out RK

Unfortunately cannot give a good reply as was very disappointed From the off the AI couldn t actually be contacted it just pointed to payments It only gives what I call text book training Was going to ask AI if it gave practical work BUT Had to join first It took a few emails they eventually gave a full refund

Be Careful You have no control over them charging your bank credit card They hide renewal dates and make it difficult to know what subscription plan you are on and what when they will charge you They dont send any communications to you via email re subscription or charges invoices Its the same tactic we see often low cost offers to start 8 99 they hook in THEN they put a 500 price increase to your subscription after the initial period Poor customer service and no protection routes to challenge their customer services

Asking for a review mid way through the course is never good and I have no been able to put any training into action hence two star review Ask for review at end and you may of got a better review

I have been withdrawn extra money just subscribing and requested it right away before starting the program after many emails they still said it is against their policy to return the extra money they withdrew As a new customer I feel cheated and robbed I hope nobody goes through this like me please be careful They have written to me several times although I told them that the purchase amount exceeded the intent I was never understood they answered me with the answer that their policy doesn t include wrongful purchases that they will return my money only after 30 days of continuous usage and if I prove that I didn t learn anything from the course This is still not an appropriate purchase for a customer I am truly sorry that I intended to buy it Update After my complaint on this page I received as you can see a positive answer about the excess withdrawal money will be returned to my payment account They told me that in 5 days I will receive it back I truly wish this would have happened before many emails were sent back and forth But I suppose these complaints on this page make a difference So I would like to say I appreciate been taken seriously at least after some time The course is informative if you are in USA I think the help of the course is more I suppose It is easy to follow This was my journey I increased my one star to two stars because of the solution that came but so late

The app without being properly a scam is at best misleading It is promoted as an investment app unless you read all the fine print but it gives you lessons about how to invest However the information in the so-called lessons is very basic and there is no actual investment strategy from using the app Then you have the actual misleading scam When you sign for it it gives you the option of one week one month or three months but when that period ends it automatically subscribes you for the fullest amount regardless of the fine print why would you choose any period if then you become part for ever That part is some sort of scam The good reviews most of which are written by invited reviewers look even more fake than Prosperi Academy s one that you learn to invest with it

This is my first glimpse of a training for investment It is very clear all the points and examples you gave me through all the chapters Using the real people for examples in these chapters is the greatest thing you have for me I understand more on the how when where and why investments is more effective or profitable Investment is about technic strategy patient discipline and understanding of time money and the profits and losses

I feel the information was lacking It could be more concise and flow better It starts you on beginner info then skips around to advanced then to intermediate Even some of the quizzes are confusing and contain wrong answers Also customer service is not very good
