My experience with Prosperi has been frustrating and frankly alarming After my subscription ended in September I noticed an unauthorized charge of 99 99 from my account in November I reached out to request a refund only to face a firm refusal hiding behind their rigid predatory and unfair subscription policy This situation has highlighted a lack of transparency in Prosperi s practices leaving customers vulnerable to unexpected financial hits Their unwillingness to address unauthorized charges and inflexible approach to customer service is profoundly disappointing Such practices should not go unchecked and I strongly believe that a governing body needs to step in to regulate and oversee their subscription policies Customers deserve protection against unexpected and unauthorized charges Until Prosperi undergoes significant policy reform and is held accountable by a regulatory authority I cannot recommend their services It s utter lack of integrity and customer care Overall I am very disappointed and would not recommend Prosperi based on their current subscription practices I urge potential users to be wary of their subscription terms and consider these practices before engaging

Scam Do not touch I signed up for a 30 day trial based on a social media advert showing attractive returns by investing online Their sales Funnel is very compelling I got sucked in Turns out they are a learning portal and not an investment app I never used the app and forgot about it During those 30 days i heard nothing from them No warning about a coming debit No welcome how can we help you Nothing On day 30 I got 40 taken from my bank account I immediately cancelled and requested a refund They promised to investigate queue 2 day delay then refused because they complied with their policies I explained I did not realise that this would happen and I had not used the product Please could they be kind and refund me They refused Suggest potential buyers read up more on Reddit and Google prosperi academy scam before considering paying

Too long of lesson it doesn t teach you hand on I m reading all these lesson but I still have clues that I m doing I paid for the lessons but I still haven t got anything out of it

I believe they are tied to Finelo and both are the same Providing advertisements making you think trading is a part of the App service It is not and there is no refund

Its a scam They keep charging you progressively It will look like its going to cost you 19 99 but in reality once they have the money you still dont get anything until you subscribe for a year for some course which you dont know the contents Basically you have to throw away your money just to find out what you are getting And from the reports on the net there isnt anything really usefull Basically a big scam And you dint get a refund either

I paid for intro package two weeks ago and still I have not received any start up package what a load of garkas

Unfortunately I must ve signed up for a free trial or some thing and never even logged into this app or website I noticed several months of charges and asked to be refunded and cancel whatever I accidentally signed up for and although I have never even logged into nor set up an account for the service the customer service team denied my request for a refund Disappointing We all need to be careful to stop clicking on these things that make promises unless we are sure we are able to take advantage of the purchase I feel disheartened and would not recommend this service now

I sent the fee and had major problems with signing on to the site Was only able to sign on one time Finally within the 30-day period I asked for my return refund and it has been nothing but a hassle They have tried to use every excuse in the book not to return my money over something that I was never able to even use Very very bad customer service and do not live up to their promise of returning your money if things don t go as planned
