Hannah has been Amazing

I haven t enjoyed being forced to use the portal and the online nature as a buyer However Hannah Tramontano has been amazing at driving forward our purchase when the seller s solicitor has been slow Without her this transaction would have dragged on much longer Thanks Hannah

Relatively good experience

It was relatively easy to arrange a viewing the viewing agent was lovely and gave me ample time to walk round the property on my own It was a bit daunting putting the offer in via the portal instead of my lawyer putting in a verbal offer However it worked in my favour and my offer is at the provisionally accepted stage They are proactive in pushing things forward I look forward to my home purchase being finalised

Direct viewing with seller made it quicker

Everything so far has been very quick indeed From booking direct with seller a viewing at a time that suits them Not having to wait for an agents availability Offer made via dashboard haven t yet had to interact with an agent

Had a query regarding uploading my passport onto Credas for Lifetime Legal as part of the purchase process Louis Knight was the agent at Purple Bricks who assisted me via the chat Louis although could not help me directly was going to reach out to Lifetime Legal regarding the issue I was happy with how Louis handled the situation

Viewing was excellent

Viewing was excellent Got plenty of time to look around the house However the photos of the property are more attractive than it really look That makes a negative impression about the property when we come with an expectation seeing photos And it s taking time to know about the outcome of offer we made Still waiting to know

Very good overall and much cheaper than a traditional estate agent

Good initially with excellent photos and the listing place very quickly Good handling of the viewings First negotiator did not perform well but replacement person Megan was much better Follow through to completion by Connie was excellent efficient and professional Laura provided excellent and efficient overall management of the process Overall very good and certainly a lot cheaper than a traditional estate agent

The payment technology isn t the best I p

The payment technology isn t the best 299 was paid and debited from my bank account but didn t register on the Purplebricks system Got the payment back eventually Not satisfactory
