We are first time buyers and started to looking for houses near Wythenshawe hospital Later we realised that purple bricks have good properties and fare price deal on their sites when we compare with different estate agents but when we try to book for a viewing when we try to contact different never giving real and full facts people who attends the call will say different in different days Can t trust

Extremely annoyed with Ryan who was meant to be coming to value our property Booked in and confirmed on 28th March and had email confirmation Spent time getting property ready over the weekend and then cancelled at the eleventh hour on the day Not happy What is the point of confirming 6 days before and then cancelling last minute Complete time wasters Ryan did come back and confirm why he did this because apparently some years back we got Purple bricks out for a valuation and decided to go with a different Estate Agency but then lockdown threw everything out the window So Ryan was hesitant to come out again but that is the nature of Estate agency you get a number of valuations then you decide who you are going to go with It would have really helped if Ryan could have decided this earlier on in the process and notified us days before or even discussed it with us rather than just cancelling on the actual day It was incredibly frustrating after getting all the house ready He did offer to come and do a valuation after I explained how annoyed I was with him but by that time I felt that it did not bode well for our trust in him to do the right thing in selling our home

Absolutely shocking - Do not use What I believe to be fake appointment on the first week of advertising was a no-show on the day When I complained about the naff customer contact with a potential viewer they blamed them for not phoning They couldnt get thru and knocked on our door in the end to view so no help from Purplescammers at all No replies from messages the app doesnt work no response within time frame from emails Find yr local estate agent if you want a speedy service and viewings Key2Go in sheffield are excellent Now in dispute with Purplebricks yet again no reponse withing the said timeframe of 15 working days its now been over 5 weeks and NOTHING But they tried to take their payment anyway But I stopped it in time Should be ZERO STARS Fuming is an understatement We sold our house in the first week with Key2Go and have now moved in to our new home

Wouldn t give it 1 but had no choice DO NOT USE this company They take your money then do absolutely nothing Nearly 3 weeks after their rep saw us the house still wasn t on the market Our rep went on long term leave and every time we tried to ring anyone we were lied to fobbed off or passed on We got so fed up we went with YOPA and the house was on the market that night We had 12 viewings 2 offers and accepted all within 9 days Save your hard earned money and don t use Purplebricks they are an absolute sham

Wish I could put minus stars This has been the worst experience of our lives we feel like Purple Bricks have stolen our money They are part time not full time estate agents and do nothing to sell your house We cannot afford to lose the money they have taken but they have no concern for that or the stress and upset they have caused PLEASE AVOID

Put an Offer in the evening of our viewing it was accepted and we heard both from them for 2 months Very poor communication Despite contacting them many times myself failed to put through to the correct department Never heard back from them Very quick to take my money for identity verification but nothing after that Luckily we had contact with the seller and we have done everything between us Purple bricks have now realised a sale is going through and want to get involved No thanks you ve done nothing for the seller or ourselves up to this point so please don t complicate the matter now I ve said to the seller to not pay his fee and I will be requesting a refund on my identity check Very poor

No feedback from seller or agent after an offer was made messaged the seller as suggested but still no feedback Also messaged the agent from purple bricks and received no response Tried to call purple bricks offices only to be on hold for 20 mins and then get cut off Tried ringing back over a few days but constantly found long wait times to get through Gave up in the end

Shocking service from PurpleBricks in Leeds Staff are thoroughly rude and unpleasant- providing incorrect information and messing potential buyers around to the point that I do not wish to proceed with my purchase of the property advertised Buyers and sellers beware

You are tottally unprofessional Not one person at purple pr ckshas any idea what they re doing or what s going onYou are by far the worst estate ever and I will tell everybody I know to avoid you when buying or sellingYou are scamming people out of money with unnecessary chargesPATHETIC

We wish we could give Purple Bricks a minus score Extreme lackadaisical incompetence We agreed a sale on the day of offer 14 3 2024 and the Purple Bricks agent NEVER TOLD THE BUYER The buyer went on to another purchase I ve known my wife for 24 years She rarely cries She cried over this profound loss as the property was on the market for a year Purple Bricks have no incentive to do the right thing They get paid the same whether you sell or not So why should they be engaged and competent
