Very poor after acceptance of offer

Up until I provisionally accepted an offer greatAfter that terrible I had to do the facilitating between you and the buyer The only call I received from you outside of the one where I requested a call back was to tell me that I should perhaps find a more serious buyer after you got some difficulty with the buyer A couple hours later and I d contacted the buyer and got it back on track just by asking a few questions and trying to understand the difficulty Why couldn t you have done that

ID checks

Purplebricks relies on a third party company to carry out ID checks when purchasing a property The fee paid to the third party company includes a monthly subscription which you can not opt out of only cancel afterwards which is a clear violation ID checks are required in order to proceed with the sale which means you are essentially forced into a subscription Purplebricks should not rely on this company for ID checks

Poor n feeble excuse

Poor In my Experience I understand not everything goes to plan I went with a friend to Value their son s house as he lives in Australia My friend made the appointment for 11am today Bearing in mind both my friend and I are Disabled due to Mobility issues We arrived at the property 10 minutes earlier that we should have We waited around an hour for some one to arrive and do the valuation We were freezing and both in considerable pain by this time I couldn t find a contact number for the person who was ment to meet us there so I emailed him No reply for a good while afterwards So Ianaged to get through to someone on the phone She apologised and said she would try n call the person herself When she came back she started to say he had been n gone Which I said no we have been here from 10 mins before time allocated Then i was told the guy didn t work for the company anymore What an unprofessional and feeble excuse

Ridiculous company

We ve given our offer last year in June for a flat still waiting for completion communication with the estate agent is bad always have to chase for an update Not sure if we will wait for the property any longer really stressed out and very bad first time buyer experience Definitely won t use them in the future

Not a fan

I must admit the jury s still out I think the app is confusing and when you phone the support you end up with someone who either fails to listen to what you re saying or doesn t understand what you re saying It s been a very painful process My advice would be grit your teeth if trying to buy from purple bricks clients

Little communication or update

I haven t heard back from the negotiator after the initial missed call and my follow up email There s been no update on my offer which was nearly a week ago

Valuation took over a week to arrive PB are constantly texting about joining but if it takes a week to get a Valuation

Just instructed PB to sell my property

Just instructed PB to sell my property and so far so poor Took my 400 for an ad on a nationwide property selling site so they are only no-fee if you don t want to advertise Now they want another 60 for security checks Nobody else charges for this I ve had to upload photos myself after my agent said she could do it them promptly didn t and have no idea about the description because there s nowhere for me to create one or upload the EPC The third party that is meant to do my check is similarly shoddy Have missed two calls from them telling me to call back on this number while not providing any number Easy No Costly Yes Beginning to wish I had shelled out on a proper selling agent even Strike gave better service

SLOW

Paid our money to instruct you and have supplied all the money laundering info but the photographer is not coming until 3rd April so it will be at least a week before the property goes on the market This is so much slower than our previous experience with you

Disappointed

As first time buyers it has been a whole new learning level for us looking into buying a property We booked the viewing and the estate agent was lovely She has been very helpful and so good with communications Finally got to the scary parts about putting in offers and bids silence if only our estate agent could have followed through the whole process It has been terrible still haven t even been contacted by the correct people and also the only contact we have had from the correct person was a lie Not happy in the slightest Also lying doesn t seem good for a company
