Great service from the start of the process Heather Hall our adviser explained everything in great detail and has done a fantastic write up on our property Would recommend purple bricks to any of my friends

This review relates to the on-line valuation of our bungalow

This review relates to the on-line valuation process only The valuer was very punctual which was appreciated He explained the process clearly and it went smoothly and plenty of time was allowed to cover the whole property and answer questions On the less positive side the in depth local knowledge did not and indeed could not match that of the local estate agents We also felt too much emphasis was put on the property not having a double garage and not enough appreciation of the benefit of the implemented Solar Panels and Battery storage covered by the FIT scheme - the valuation summary does not even include these facilities nor the excellent EPC rating of the property as B We have not yet decided how to proceed but acknowledge the pricing is very competitive

Very good at getting in contact Had done homework prior to coming Knew of local sales with other agents not just their own Took notes thoroughly and example of typical sales particulars looked good The agent was very thorough without being too pushy and seemed keen to get a sale The only reason we did not put our house in her hands was to do with the small market share of purple bricks in the town and low visibility of them as a local agent

The agent prior to the appt contacted me for details of my property she arrived on time the following day and explained in detail about their agency and how they assessed the price of the property The agent was friendly and did not put any pressure to make a decision

Helpful valuer came out and explained the Purple Bricks system Valuation seemed a little high to us and seemed to be based on properties in other roads in the neighbourhood and not just our three

Purplebricks gets 3 stars Mark Smith gets 5 stars

We had a mixed experience with Purplebricks however the man that deserves all positive accolades is Mark Smith Of all the people invovled in the process of buying a house and there are many Mark was one of the very few that I knew I could trust would push things forward as hard as I did I cannot express my appreciation enough for this and largely credit Mark for helping me get our completion over the finish line within our desired time frame

Sold in 10 Days

Purple Bricks Tim Wickham attended promptly valued realistically and provided sage advice throughout the selling process We achieved an overwhelming response and great price after just 10 days listing with Purple Bricks If you don t mind dealing direct with buyers and conducting your own negotiations then Purple Bricks is the way to go We saved nearly 10K in regular High St estate agent fees towards our next property
