The service i received from Madeline Edwards my account manager was exceptional I am very grateful for her fast replies and efficient work She went above and beyond every time I asked for adjustments etc I know I must have been a pain as didn t send everything at once Even with that challenge she still sorted everything so quickly and gave great advice along the way which really helped Madeline is a huge credit to PurpleBricks it is rare to find people who go that extra mile for clients Moving is a stressful time but Madeline brought a sense of calm with her professional and positive attitude from the start Thank you Madeline P S I also have to make a special mention to Stephen Marcroft who assisted us even when he was on holiday He took a few moments out of his own personal time to help us get our house on the market Great service Thank you very much

Fabulous agent but let down by the purple bricks app and website being a nightmare to use I can t even log into it at all and have tried multiple times to reset the password but it s not even emailed me Pointless signing up to sell my house with PB when I can t even get into the app and have had no response to my emails my agent hasn t been able to help me with this so this is the first response from purple bricks replying to my review

Everything was explained really well and we could ask questions if we weren t sure of anything

Adam Picton was great with our move It happened swiftly and seamlessly despite some delays that were completely out of his control He communicated well throughout the process which we really appreciated as this was our first time renting in London We were very happy with the service from Purple bricks

Jenny Collings from Purple Bricks was excellent friendly and professional and explained all the option available the valuation process to listing the property was straight forward her knowledge of the area s sales success put my mind at ease straight away and any apprehension I hade was gone From the advert going live viewings booked in and offers put through the next day was brilliant Jenny was available to contact through out the process should I need to Thank you Jenny for making the experience so easy you re a great asset to Purple Bricks
