This company is not even worth 1 star there communication is worthless please do not order from this site you will be disappointed what they are doing is very very wrong

Horrible clothes terrible customer service The clothes donot look like they advertise on their website The clothes are cheaply made and the designs donot match what s displayed on their store mannequins I have a dispute with my credit card company

Clothes are very cheaply made and therefore fit pretty bad Their patterns on the website or ads and what you receive don t match up Their customer service is horrible Once you place an order over here be prepared to loose that money because the clothes aren t worth the money and they don t refund in any way regardless of what the website states This is truly a buyer beware kind of thing buying anything from this site Can you tell I am a burnt customer I am out of 500 so making it a mission so others don t get scammed by Qivii

I orderd from Qivii a lehenga choli Then I got a message they don t have it anymore in stock and offered to choose other item which i didn t accept I requested a refund and they said they tried very hard and will make it 8-20 days Even their Whats up communication went down But now I was surprised to receive an e-mail from Fedex that I have a package After rechecking it turned out that Qivii has sent an item instead replacement that I didn t ordered and is 5 times chipper Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly I don t recommend buying from them You may get disappointed
