Brilliant fast response to minor issue

Exactly what we needed to replace a tired and damaged unit and sink in our bathroom without having to completely remodel it Good price good communication and delivery as expected

Ordered a D-Shape bath with panel arrived in the stated 3 days There was a minuscule crack on the ridge of the bath panel on the corner which I imagine would be common with these types of panels The crack would have been hidden once slotted in so I wasn t too fussed I emailed QS a heads up just in case the crack would increase over time down the face of the panel which would then become viewable and if that was the case if I d then be able to exchange it The panel was delivered early evening and I inspected and immediately sent an email just highlighting the minor issue Within minutes I had a response from Sheefa and within 12 hours the next morning I had a brand new panel dropped at my door The immediate availability and quick support has been amazing and it s only right to praise this especially with many other companies still having weeks delays even responding since COVID I ve used QS for lots of items for my new bathroom Will be using them even more going forward Thanks Sheefa

The after-sales service from QS is great There was an issue with a faulty sink and the brilliant Sheefa liaised with the manufacturer and organised a replacement She kept me informed at all times Very happy customer

Ordered our supplies some time ago and thanks to the new processes for overseas shipments there was a delay QS Supplies were on it from the start and kept me posted on where we were at and anticipated delivery dates This completely lightened my load and reduced my fears and happy to report all my new bathroom items arrived safe and sound before the deadline for the joiner arriving The units were of a high quality and in perfect condition such a relief Huge thanks to QS Supplies and Muzammil Such a positive experience using this company especially when doing it online and having never seen the products in person I would most definitely use them again and recommend this company to friends completing home refurbishment like me

An expensive Ideal Standard toilet seat we purchsed cracked three months after we purched it from QS supplies After an email to QS Supplies Seerat arranged for a replacement which arrived a week later Excellent service from QS Supplies with both the initial purchase and the replacement
