The initial order was accepted but the following day I was advised that the radiator chosen had been discontinued Staff in the office were helpful in finding an alternative The alternative turned out to be cheaper and I received a refund very quickly Delivery of the radiator was very quick and efficient Radiator arrived well package and is now on wall working as it should
