You make amazing bikes that just love to be ridden

This company always responds they make great bikes have great service and are always trying to help Here is my story over the last 6 years I have owned a first generation varsity trinity I replaced it with a Nero cappuccino lovely bike Someone borrowed it and never gave it back So I replaced that with a quella Cambridge carbon wheels big gear and bigger lock However this year I was diagnosed with arthritis I can t get my leg over the frame So I contacted them asking for a step through They responded within hours and better than that said they will look into to it for 2025 I cant wait to come back This is just a great company to deal with that makes a great product

Excellent service - fab bike

I ordered direct from the Quella web site and emailed the guys in the Egg Shed to see how things were getting along They emailed back within minutes answering my questions and the bike arrived the within 48 hours of my order Very impressed with the service Very impressed with the bike Go on - treat yourself to a lovely Quella bike they are reasonably priced gorgeous to look at and a pleasure to ride

Beautiful bike and great service

The bike is beautiful it rides nicely and I got a really good customer experience There was only one bike left in the model I ordered and I was offered a 10 discount because it had a scratch on it Really nice to buy a quality product from an independent company too

Amazing bike great build

I ve been riding my Quella bike for 1 week now and have no intentions on returning it The bike is well made and looks the part Didn t have to wait long for the bike which came within 3 days of ordering it You get a great feeling when riding the bike and as its a Fixie the bike is very simple and you have full control of this high quality made bike If anyone was going to buy a first bike or are interested in getting a new one I highley recommend purchasing a Quella bike

Bought my bike on a cycle2work scheme and so glad I did It s a pleasure to look at and even better to ride Better still knowing its a small group of talented locals creating something out of a hobby Great company great service and attention to detail Not a bad word to say

The whole process was easy Quella have a wide range of bikes which they explain the features throughly helping you decide which one is best for you Delivery took less than a day and I was kept updated throughout the process The bike is a dream to ride I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking at buying a new bike as they cannot be beaten on quality
