It arrived but doesn t really bounce

The basketball did arrive in a reasonable time but it doesn t really bounce It s nothing like that portrayed in the adverts and on the Quiet Bounce website - it looks like a cheap Chinese rip-off it comes with a Chinese only label for example I m going to try and get my money back but that may be the triumph of hope over expectation I suggest others DO NOT BUY this - just buy a much cheaper one elsewhere if you want something like this

For my grandson

For my grandson for the holiday season I ordered the special two basketballs and a hoop We received the basketballs with no hoop I contacted QB and they said they d send a hoop Two months later I contacted them again since I received nothing They refunded me 20 00 I told them it wasn t the money it was the disappointment of my grandson I never heard from them again Very poor public relations and very disappointing service

Scam

As most have come here to say this appears to be a scammy company I usually vet any new website I order from but neglected to do so this time as a relative had one of these balls on his Christmas list and the website appears professionally done The balls if they ever show up are direct from China although the company has a Houston address I will be reporting to the Texas Attorney General s office

Almost a month and haven t received my order or communication

I ordered on 11 30 on 12 10 I received notification that it had shipped Tracking number shows nothing Their phone is no longer in service and they haven t responded to my emails It s obvious that the products are coming from overseas It shows vague information about customs These were supposed to be Christmas gifts I couldn t be more disappointed

Avoid terrible service

Order supposed to arrive before Christmas and didn t arrive until January Managed to get last minute ball from Amazon so have emailed Quiet Bounce several times to return the ball which is still unopened in the bg it arrived in had 1 reply asking the reason for my return That was 2 weeks go Have emailed them at lest 4 times since and no reply Shocking service Defo came from a China though address on website is a PO box in Texas

ABSOLUTE SCAM

ABSOLUTE SCAM Placed order on 12 15 paid for priority processing shipping Still had no updates as of 12 23 sent an email with no response After Christmas I sent another asking for a cancellation as it hadn t shipped based on the website no response Called US Bank to report the charge as fraud got a credit issued 10 days later I get emails that it shipped Received today looks like a very cheap knockoff of a Nerf basketball looks like the lines on the ball were hand drawn on with a Sharpie pen DO NOT BUY THIS I actually will never buy anything shown on Instagram anymore because they all seem to be China based sellers Crap merchandise

SCAM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IN SERVICE ADDRESS IS A POST OFFICE IN TEXAS CONTACT FORMS TAKE YOU NOWHERE EMAIL RESPONSES TAKE DAYS NO REFUNDS PRIORITY PROCESSING IS FAKE REVIEWS ARE FAKE ITEM CAME ONE MONTH AND ONE DAY AFTER ORDERING WITH PRIORITY 1-2 DAY PROCESSING SHOWED UP IN A BAG WITH CHINESE WRITING ALL OVER IT AND A CALIFORNIA RETURN ADDRESS DO NOT BUY NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL STRAIGHT FROM CHINA GARBAGE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never received item

December 15th I paid for priority shipping and ordered 1 ball for a Christmas present Quiet bounce was texting me to put together my order said it would arrive before Christmas Today I received my first communication from quiet bounce A shipping label has been created and they ll let me know when it s shipped I have not received a response from Customer service since I sent an email to the help line
