I used this service last week to clean my down sleeping bag All fine and easy with getting it there and getting it back but unfortunately the customer service hasn t been great It came back with card that said it was stained and damaged Rab say they will contact customers if they find damage but the box customer contacted had been crossed out with no notes made in the box clearly designed for them to leave an explanation Asked them to call me to explain where the damage is and they refused instead I got a generic reply saying their teams often spot minor damage but don t need to explain to customers what it is or what has happened For 50 this is a bit underwhelming - I get better service when I get my coat dry cleaned Unimpressive from a premium brand and I wouldn t use again - not the end of the world but really not what I expected for the money

I ordered a jacket and hat from the EU site A few days later I got a dispatch confirmation email from Tiger Smart Hub not Rab However only the hat was listened When the package arrived there was no sign of the jacket I didn t get an email about the jacket being missing or dispatched seperately I emailed them regarding the issue and having to wait 2days found out that there was a stock issue I made my order 12days ago and they only told me about a stock issue when i contact them Now it is too late to get for Christmas

I purchased a down jacket less than a year ago It s probably the nicest one they have However the stitching and build quality isn t the greatest My jacket has a hole near one of the stitching areas Contacted Rab twice to see if they can help under their Rab promise or warranty But they refused to help at all I think a product should last a while And should be built to last

Slightly disappointed with my new Rab Nexus Pull on Base layer Top Used today and all the top is very good at keeping you warm and wicks away any moisture from the skin All but the left side of the chest For some reason Rab have used a different material to line the one chest pocket This feels very nylon like and does not act like the rest of the top hence always feeling colder and damp in that area Disappointing for a top that costs 55

Bought Rab alpine down jacket 140 two months ago Looks and feels nice light and waterproof Problem is the durability is poor at best Only looked at a tree and it ripped Not sure if this is Rab material or a problem with this type generally but for an outdoor jacket it is unusable unless you are going shopping and you keep well away from anything that could possibly touch your jacket

Sleeping bag is nice n warm BUT THE MOST FUNCTIONAL BIT ON THE BAG DONT WORK THE ZIP get s caught every single time you end up with feathers everywhere where the zip rips the material then no feathers in actual bag

Great if you want your jacket to disintegrate after 5 years Once the lamination on the inside of your waterproof starts to go they have no way of fixing it

Got a rab electron coat for Christmas 2 years ago Initially it was okay But after a year I noticed the goose fill of the coat was minimal making it barely warm it leaks when raining and the logo is peeling off Not impressed for what should be a premium brand Get a northface

So bought a rab alpine jacket end of November but it constantly loses feathers can t out phone in pocket or a tissue because along comes tons of feathers They constantly coming out if the jacket in the body If I wear black can t take jacket off as loads of weathess visible Worst jacket ever bought for this I ve had Northface and jack wolfskin and none even like this nearly 4mths on For the amount these cost I would expect better quality

I haven t sent the jacket away for repair yet so I will change the review as long as it comes back great After chatting with a few shops in Glasgow that Rabs online store says will take and do repairs I gave up as the ones I asked had no idea what I was talking about Online the person that emailed back was good gave a link to the repair page and a non functional link to what should have been a full zip repair not good After clicking on full zip repair I was happy to find a note saying that I qualified for free delivery which for a 30 zip repair I was happy about Turns out that was a heap of crap and got charged the 8 return label fee which the cost of the package being sent I d rather just pay at the posty because whilst prices have increased it s not 4 both ways for a light weight super foldable jacket But there was no choice other than to pay the fee Which of course increased the tax So far not a great impression We ll see what happens with the jacket Considering there are similar like new rab jackets on vinted for 65 including postage fee I m hoping this is worth it
