I ordered the G90 Black Friday package deal and was excited to start using it But an unforeseen situation developed and I had to cancel the order Irene at Radioddity contacted me the next day and canceled the order without any questions The quick and friendly response was great which will bring me back to reorder the G90 at the end of the year

Excellent customer service I had a problem develop with the x6100 not communicating with the xpa125b via the x4001 interconnect With the xpa125b set to auto to follow band change and the band would vary at will Turned out that the socket ACC on the radio was not making good contact with the x4001 interconnect A RMA was issued by customer service within a day and allowed me to return the radio for a full refund Consider me a very happy customer Ray
