Ridiculous not getting kids presents now how come the scammers bank doesn t get shut down I didn t send a lady a bag once as I was really ill and the bank froze my account through the fraud email thing until I explained what happened and happily refunded something dodgy going in here Facebook should have a duty to protect their customers and tell their banks to freeze the accounts or do they just have loads of accounts Fishy business but you live and you learn lol has anybody been refused a refund from bank debit card

No stars Fake business on Facebook under several names Raealed Club RAEA LED Club and Reaaledd Club Contact your bank if you have made a purchase with this scam company There is not business contact information other than an email address which is fake I have reported this company to Facebook BBB and FTC and my personal bank All warnings I posted for potential buyers to see before they made a purchase have been deleted and I am no longer able to make any further comments

I ordered 4 on Oct 14 got a confirmation letter but that was it Emailed several times for a tracking number or response but got nothing There s were Christmas presents for my grandchildren so disappointed Facebook should be ashamed for letting these people advertise without checking them first

Like all others I recieved an email to say my order had been processed but when I sent a reply email to enquire if my order for 2 of these electric cars would arrive before Xmas I also recieved no email back Will contact my bank now however what a disgrace Taking people s money letting children down for Christmas Has anyone been able to order these of a reputable site I live in the UK in Northern Ireland so thinking shipping might be to long now

I ordered October 14th and haven t got an update or heard anything since I placed my order I read reviews and many people were getting their product so I ordered 3 of them It s now Dec 1 and still no package or response for my product I don t know if this will be your story if you order but so far this is mines Order at your own risk And I was fully aware that it take 14 days to ship and 4 weeks to deliver and I m past that time now

I purchased a brand big wheeled cart from this seller in November and has not arrived after several emails company provided me with a doogy tracking number which parcel was delivered to another person in South australia Do not buy anything from this company it s a scam

I like many others ordered 2 electric cars back in the beginning of October for my grandsons for Christmas and I have never received them I also have sent numerous emails and have heard nothing back I should have researched them better and that is my fault however I have quite a few items that were purchased from an advertisement on Facebook and have not had any problems so assumed it would be fine Lesson learned Do not purchase from these scammers

Smells like a scam They took my money

I ordered 2 kids scooters from RAEAled on October 15 2021 Like most others I saw them advertised on Facebook and looked up their website before ordering They seemed to be a legitimate company I have no scooters I m out 135 and have kept all the emails where I have tried to contact their customer support I have filed my complaint the BBB along with my documents and emails and I have contacted my credit card company I have not read one positive customer review This smells like a scam to me
