Zero stars I ordered 3 back in October received an email that said thank you your order is being processed I have emailed the company never received a response I ordered them for my children for Christmas I also found the advertisement on Facebook thinking the kids would love them They have comments about how great these things are etc Welp that s a whole scam

I ordered 2 on November 26th I was given a tracking g number to this 17 Track Company that handed off to USPS It was delivered to some unknown address in Ontario California I live 800 miles away in New Mexico I have contacted the tracking company e-mail and they say to contact company purchased from as they deliver to address given No response yet after multiple e-mails to company purchased from Almost 2 months after orders any no product I wonder what they delivered in a mail box something of this size for 2 of these scooters Will request money back from bank
