Great customer service after having a problem with mu airbed

I unfortunately had a problem with my airbed as it deflated Jordan at Active Era was superb He dealt quickly and politely with my email gave me instructions of what information was required and confirmed he would send me a new airbed as this was a very unusual situation He attended to all this in only ONE day - absolutely excellent customer service

We bought a bed in march we was very impressed with it We had a slight problem with it 6 months later and the customer service received was amazing Karen our customer service operative was prompt with responding and sorted our problem efficiently Many thanks Happy customer

Recently purchased a luxury air bed However at payment stage there was an error so I tried another time then another Still no joy So I left it for 15 minutes and completed my order Then I received multiple messages to say that my other orders which had failed had been processed I dropped the guys an email and Ekemini replied to advise that it would be looked in to kept me upto date as the investigation progressed and sorted out the problem by closing the duplicated orders stopping the delivery and advising that the refunds will be processed Really impressed with the service as well as the leave of detail in the communication exemplary Oh and the product well packaged and great quality

Efficient prompt and friendly service with a positive outcome

Having contacted Active Era about a fault with our airbed the service we received from Karen was efficient prompt and led to a satisfactory outcome of a replacement product which was sent to us very quickly Karen was very friendly and professional We cannot fault the excellent customer service she provided

Superb bed

After our metal single bed gave up I wanted something a little smarter easier to use I read the reviews for the Single Luxury Air Bed they were excellent The bed arrived promptly well packaged It inflates in 2 minutes really is a brilliant bed it is very comfortable when I laid on it 6ft 13st it did not move at all Very highly recommended

Really excellent customer service and a great product Our Air bed arrived within 24 hours and we were updated with progress of the order all the way through The Air bed is tremendous - comfortable well made and easy to inflate and deflate An excellent company all round

Lovely bed great shopping experience

I bought the single size camping air bed and I love it It s incredibly comfortable Not a mattress for hiking with but if you won t be walking with it too much it s very practical I bought it from the Active Era website which was cheaper than Amazon and came up with next day delivery

A good quality product and service

Bought the Active Era single airbed Luxury version direct from Active Era website as cheaper than Amazon I had been recommended it by someone else It is a lovely high mattress equal to the height of our sofa seat The electric built in pump is fab quick at blowing up and at deflating We want it for an occasional spare bed for the lounge and it appears to do the job very well I did inflate the bed as soon as I got it to see whether it would go down as apparently they can on the first couple of uses but it didn t and it didn t deflate overnight either I think it s a great thing and free next day delivery was just the thing
