I found RoS to be excellent people to deal with when I sold them my unwanted due downsizing O gauge rolling stock I followed their procedure sent them the models they paid for collection and agreed a decent price It was a very simple procedure and a lot less hassle than when I sold many items previously on ebay

Excellent people to deal with when I sold them two locomotives I sent an email to Ben a fair P X offer was received which I accepted as I wanted to purchase an engine from them It was a smooth and speedy transaction Communication with Ben was very good I have had several engines from them and would do so again

Prompt service with no hazzle

The prompt service in replying to my request for a quotation of items I was selling Once I accepted the quotation they organised a prompt collection of my items by DPD who delivered the items the next day ROS emailed me the next day to say the items were as described by me and would transfer monies to me account A quick service by ROS and DPD very good

I have dealt with Rails for some time and I am delighted that they are again stocking all principal manufacturers I have sent items for sale to the Second Hand Department and have always received prompt attention and quick payment This very much applied most recently Overall Rails is a very efficient company

Have dealt with Rails for a while purchases have been safely delivered and at a fair price Recently I sold an item to them and received excellent service-money in my account very quickly Ben and Jake were great and gave excellent service This company is highly recommended With the demise of a long established company we need to support our model suppliers

I contacted Rails about selling some secondhand n gauge trains The service was excellent they range for your items to be picked up and once received they confirm the offer to be made and arrange payment It could not be easier I have often purchased items form Rails and again I have to say the service has been excellent everytime

Highly recommend Used Rails to sell a number of second hand items A few hours after sending a list of my items I received a very fair offer and collection was arranged Great communication from the Rails team Jake and Ben kept me updated throughout the process Money arrived into my account shortly after they received my delivery Would happily use Rails again for this purpose
